Progress/Changes:

Made Bullets more visible.

Reduced shoot cooldown.

Made HUD option hide all interface.

Started work on level 5.

Made level 5's song.

Started and almost completed Main menu overhaul.

Changed dust particles.

Made weapon dot easier to see.

Made it so ammunition pack will respawn in some levels.
